Designed for maximum wave performance down-the-line, the Wavescape combines direct power delivery with agile handling—giving you the confidence you need in all conditions, whether riding clean lines or gusty onshore winds.
The 2026 version features finely tuned shapes for even more control. A deeper profile provides additional propulsion when you need it. Higher aspect ratios and shorter Booms improve maneuverability and make the sail feel lighter. Newly tuned luff curves provide more forward pull and better stability over a wider wind range.
The proven Dacron luff panel remains and dampens power peaks - for a smooth, balanced ride. New double Kevlar radials at the clew stabilize the sail shape under pressure and increase durability. The changed batten alignment lowers the pressure point - making handling noticeably more direct and responsive.
Every size in the Wavescape lineup offers you a wide and sensitive trim range. Two clew eyelets allow you to choose between a softer feel or more direct response, depending on conditions and riding style.
In terms of durability, it goes one step further: new 5 mil panels in the foot area, a 30 mm wide mast track seam, and 30 mm wide 2 mil laminate seams offer strong protection against wear, impact, and tears in rough wave conditions. The full X-Ply construction and the exclusive Integrated Panel Concept (IPC) with multi-layer, radially arranged reinforcements give the sail strength where it really counts. The head sections with double-layer Dacron make rolling up easier and further improve durability.
With Loftsails Standing Batten technology, you get a direct, propulsion-oriented pressure point without compromising on resistance in the waves.
From abrasion-resistant mast pads to strategically placed PVC reinforcements, every detail is built to let you ride uncompromisingly season after season.
