Chef Edward Lee's story and his food could only happen in America. Raised in Brooklyn by a family of Korean immigrants, he eventually settled down in his adopted hometown of Louisville, Kentucky, where he owns the acclaimed restaurant 610 Magnolia. A multiple James Beard Award nominee for his unique patchwork cuisine, Edward creates recipes--filled with pickling, fermenting, frying, curing, and smoking--that reflect the overlapping flavors and techniques that led this Korean-American boy to feel right at home in the South. Dishes like Chicken-Fried Pork Steak with Ramen Crust and Buttermilk Pepper Gravy; Collards and Kimchi; Braised Beef Kalbi with Soft Grits and Scallions; and Miso-Smothered Chicken all share a place on his table. TL;DR: (To Long Didn't Read) Keyboard: Really Flimsy Plastic, Comes in DIRECT Contact with Screen, WILL Scratch and or Break Screen Case: Makes iPad Fatter and Bigger than a normal Business Folio, outer layer has nice rubber feel, When closed it does not turn off your screen. I have the Magic Keyboard for my New Ipad Pro 11 inch M4 and my largest complaint is that you can't fold it down and use it in "normal" Tablet mode. I wanted to get something that would let me keep it in a case and use it in a flat mode to draw or play games. I stumbled upon this and was super excited. It has a wireless keyboard and could fold in a lot of ways. I was WAY WRONG. The keyboard is nothing but cheap hard plastic and is very flimsy and comes in DIRECT contact with the screen which will eventually either scratch or break your screen. When closed and folded it makes your SUPER THIN tablet larger and thicker than MOST Business Folios. It also does not turn your screen off. I will give this product 2 stars because the case itself feels really good on the hands. They used a rubber material that Apple uses on their Smart Folio Covers for their iPad. Also, the product idea itself is amazing just very poor build quality and not protection for your screen. I guess that is what you get for your $30.00
