The top has five mounting positions, so you can set three or four rod holders evenly spaced. The base mounts to your gunwale once, then the T-Bar lifts on and off with two 3/8"-16 hex bolts when you need to break down for trailering or storage. Stainless steel hardware throughout.

The Offset version angles outward so nothing overhangs the outside of the boat, great for narrow gunwales or kayak trailers. Standard is straight up. The 12" height fits most catfish tournament rigs and crappie spider setups.
