About SSC:
Superconducting Super Collider (SSC), a federally financed project abandoned in 1993 that would have been capable of accelerating subatomic particles to energy levels forty times that previously achieved by researchers. For reasons of national prestige and international economic competitiveness, the Ronald Reagan administration in 1982 encouraged U.S. high-energy scientists to devise a challenging national accelerator project. Physicists responded with plans for the most ambitious particle accelerator ever attempted, a superconducting super collider. It was to be a proton collider far more energetic than existing ones, employing the superconducting magnetic technology recently developed at the Fermi National Laboratory in Illinois. The primary justification for the machine was a search for particles known as Higgs bosons. The machine was to produce forty TeV protons (where one TeV, or tera-electron volt, is 1 trillion electron volts). This determined the size (a fifty-four-mile-long ring) and the projected cost ($4.4 billion). Federal funding for the machine required justification. Support from the Texas congressional delegation and the promise of $1 billion toward the project from the state of Texas led to the decision to build the accelerator in Waxahachie, Texas, rather than near Fermilab. In the autumn of 1993 the House of Representatives, faced with a more than doubled price tag, voted overwhelmingly to kill the project. By then $2 billion had been spent, the superconducting magnets had been tested, one-third of the ring had been excavated, and two teams of a thousand physicists and engineers from around the world were working out detailed designs of the two enormous particle detectors to observe and analyze proton collisions in the TeV energy range. Great filter and easy installation
Style: BE-159 1-Pack, Style: BE-159 1-Pack
For my 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited. I cannot believe I paid so much more for a brand-name filter that does the same thing as this one. It is made of the same material as the dealer one I took out. Very easy to install, cant believe I paid for this to be done in the past with oil changes. Requires no tools and did not get dirty at all. No mechanical skills needed, especially if you run into trouble and can use YouTube. PROS - great quality, cannot tell that it is after-market - very professionally made, not irregularities seen - excellent fit in position, no adjustment needed - very easy to install, cannot believe I paid to have this done in the past - no mechanical skills needed to install - great price compared to what big name productions want for the same thing - cannot tell the difference in air quality between this and the dealer filter I took out - removes outside odor completely - did not require tools are getting dirty CONS - None

Fits perfect and works as designed. Flows like OEM and looks well made.
Style: BE-553B 1-Pack
This filter is very comparable to the stock filter. Fits the BMW G20 just like OEM. I would not say it is two times "heavier" as advertised on the box, but it is very comparable to stock. It's the same weight and similar construction. BMW has a very robust cabin filter. This will be my go to. I did purchase another aftermarket cabin filter that fit well, but was thin, flimsy and had a bad chemical odor. This one is fine and airflow is the same as OEM. I change them every year or so. I don't worry too much about longevity with cabin filters personally.

Good quality but it was slightly longer than original and needed modification.
Style: BE-182 1-Pack
Bought this cabin filter for a 2023 Acura TLX. While the filter seems to be made of quality material, it was just a little too long (about a 1/16 of an inch, so I had to trim it to make it fit so the cover would fit snug. I was able to do that without compromising the filter itself. But this might be an issue for some people

Fits my Chevy 2021 Bolt Premier perfectly.
Style: BE-966 1-Pack
Installation was a breeze, fir nicely and the air in teh car now smells fresh and clean. The old filter has developed a musty smell so this new one is great. Had it replaced in under 3 minutes.

Fits perfectly for my 2017 VW Passat
Style: BE-373 1-Pack, Style: BE-373 1-Pack
Bought this for a fraction of the cost. An auto shop wanted to charge me $72.99 for a filter so I bought this Spearhead brand cabin filter and its the perfect size and its just as sturdy as the previous one the dealership had in the car. Not sure yet how the airflow is or if anything different as I have not driven in the car since it was replaced, but it appears to be a very high quality cabin filter for my car at a great price.
