When will the Digital Gift Card be delivered?
STURDIS Digital Gift Cards are electronically delivered to the recipient's email address. Digital Gift Cards, or eGift Cards, are ideal as they are instantly delivered without having to wait for the conventional transit delivery time. If you or your recipient are having trouble with locating your Digital Gift Card, check your email spam folder or contact us on [email protected].
When will the gift card expire?
STURDIS Digital Gift Cards do not expire, are not redeemable for cash, and are not reloadable.
Can the Digital Gift Card be sent to the recipient at a certain date?
If you would like for the Digital Gift Card to be sent to your family or friend at a particular date in time, we recommend that you fill out your contact information on the email address so that you can forward it to them at the desired time.
How do I use the Digital Gift Card once it's been purchased?
You or your recipient will be sent the Digital Gift Card via email. From there, you will be able to follow a link that will provide a unique code. This unique code can be entered at checkout and is not case sensitive.
The Digital Gift Card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.
