Directions
As a nutritional supplement, mix 5 level scoops Ultimate Anabolic™ with 300 to 350ml chilled water or skim milk. Consume 1 serving of Ultimate Anabolic™ on training days immediately after exercise.
Important: One pouch Ultimate Anabolic™ typically contains sufficient for a 28-day cycle, provided you train 4 days per week. If you wish to train more frequently, it is recommended that Ultimate Anabolic™ be used on the most physically demanding days eg. leg and back routines etc.
