Suggestions
Directions: Adults and children 14 years and older take 3 gummies. Chew thoroughly before swallowing. Repeat as necessary up to 3 times per day, no more than 9 gummies per day. Children 12 to 13 years of age take 3 gummies. Chew thoroughly before swallowing. Repeat as necessary up to 2 times per day, no more than 6 gummies per day. Not for younger children due to the risk of choking.

This is great lip balm, coming from someone who can't be without something on my lips. My only wish is that they would make it in smaller tubes because this one doesn't fit into pant pockets as easily because it is larger in size.

All it claims to be!
This product is all it claims to be!! Very smooth, buttery and hydrating. I do not enjoy the vanilla scented one. It has cinnamon in it which I was not expecting based on the description. If it was plain vanilla, I would definitely enjoy it more. I will probably buy the honey one over any of these other scents.
