The two ears on the side of the dish make it easy to flip tarts on to a plate and they also aid in transportation from oven to table. Due to coppers conductivity, the pan caramelises food beautifully and evenly. Use on a low to medium heat and only heat the pan once food has been added. Available in three sizes.
