Our Ooni Karu 16 logs are 100% beech, certified Ready to Burn, kiln dried below 20% moisture so they light easily and burn super efficiently. They're 20cm long and 3-5cm thick - just one on a bed of hot lumpwood charcoal will give you a rolling flame for at least 10 minutes.
