Have a moment to discover this detailed Japanese landscape, dyed in a beautiful indigo color. You will probably recognize the Uji bridge of Ise Jingu shrine and the surroundings of Ise city, the cradle of Shintoism in Japan. Hanging on the wall, this traditional cotton towel will make a beautiful, zen and soothing home decor item.

Note: the tenugui is a thin cotton fabric strip usually measuring 35 by 90 cm. It has no folds or hems so that it can dry quickly. If the edges of your tenugui start to fray, cut the protruding threads with a pair of scissors.

So if you have large or low breasts, don’t even try. You’ll have to wear a bra with it unless you want your boobs hanging below the sewn in cups. That being said, the material is great.
