On this EP we go back to the story of our first full-lenght album Lammendam (2008). On that album we introduced the legend of the white lady roaming the forests near Schinveld (NL). The story goes that once there lived a young woman in a castle in the forest surrounded my a moat. Two young men fell in love with here (Manfred and Jan Willem). When they realised about each other, all hell broke loose. One night the castle including the young woman was burned. Then subsequently each of the young men were mysteriously found dead.
Ever since the tragedy her ghost would be seen at night roaming the forest. As there were French speaking inhabitants at the time they would call her ‘La Dame Blanche” which was then transformed by the dutch into “Lammendam”.
