At the race circuit, high level of friction can be achieved along with high stability for an extended amount of time with the heat treatment. _x000D_ The 6 slots brake disc is adopted as standard in the HS type by considering various factors, such as pad wear, squeal and the removal effect of gas at the fading. Once it is used, the burnt surface will be removed by the pad, and changes back to the colour of normal cast iron. Please be aware that the effect of the heat treatment of the disc will not disappear even if the surface colour changes. _x000D_ 12 slots version (HST type) is available as a special order. Stainless steel. Holds a large quantity of milk (enough for two). Works well with alternative milks. Easy to clean. Easy set up and instructions. Frothing, heating, cold foam, and hot chocolate options. Perfect temp.
Not 5 stars because of the constant high pitched squeel sound it makes. Almost enough to make me return it!

Hot cocoa every morning!

I absolutely love this machine. I make my hot cocoa every morning with it. It is so easy you just put the milk in and high-quality hot chocolate mix. Push the button and then it just whips it up and gives it a little bit of a froth on the top when it’s finished. It’s so fast and easy.
It would be a great gift for anybody that likes hot chocolate.

Check your milk preference when buying this unit. Product Does not last

I purchased this frother in mid Oct and less than 90 days later, it's no longer working. The wisk does not spin, and the element does not heat the milk. I am currently working with customer support on a refund / replacement, but so far not happy. I've been told it does not work with 2% organic milk and that I need to switch to whole milk, which will solve my issues. Not sure how whole milk will help with the heating element? This was not disclosed when I purchased the unit. If I had known my milk choice would impact the frother, I would have chosen another brand or product. I like the unit, it's compact, easy to clean, but it did not last.

Reliable favorite kitchen tool

This wonderful tool may be the most used tool in our kitchen. The hardest thing about it is to remember you can push the button and it runs- you don't have to hold it!. The charge on the rechargable battery last a long time- about 1 recharge per month- and we use it daily. We use the mixer attachment most. It works great for protein powders, collagen, iced tea or lemonade mix. It cleans easily and is waterproof- just make sure the cover is over the charging port. We have used it to froth milk, whip eggs, and as I said we use it daily to mix beverages. I worried about the price, but it is a great value because we bought it in December 2024 and it is more powerful and has already lasted longer than two whimpy ones.
