Wild blackcurrants have one of the highest Vitamin C content amongst fruits.  They are also rich in anthocyanin, antioxidants and Vitamin E, with enormous health benefits.  They can help scavenge free radicals, improve detoxification, strengthen heart and lung functions, aid in fighting arthritis, anaemia and cardiovascular problems, and accelerate recovery from illnesses through rapid restoration of minerals in the body.
