For those who like their volume like their speed (and want to feel the raw nature of the GRC’s potent 3-cylinder at all speeds) the Track Edition features a non-resonated mid-section (i.e. no 180 Technology®). It’s even louder (in & out) than the Touring Edition, while shaving weight and cost. This version is known to get rowdy in mid-range acceleration/deceleration and cruising, and may be too much for some. For this reason, the Track Edition cannot be returned for sound reasons--you've been warned! The Track Edition boasts a 3” T304L stainless steel downpipe-back configuration that brings out an incredibly rowdy and powerful soundtrack that is nothing short of attention-grabbing. AWE designed three, perfectly fitting (and larger) tips for the GRC: one bespoke 4.5" x 8" oval (double-walled, slash-cut tip and stamped with the AWE logo) in the center, and two 5” double-walled, slash-cut tips left and right. No forced block-off plates or quad setups here - just pure GR look, as intended. When it comes to valves, the rumors are true - they don't matter once you remove the backpressure issues of the stock configuration (and you can't open the valve yourself anyway). So we decided to delete them, save weight, drop price, and make the best sounding exhaust available for the GRC. And in case you're wondering, there's a tailored mount right on the exhaust so you have a solid location to bolt up your factory valve after removing the unnecessary organ. Top-tier engine protection that runs quiet and smooth

I’ve used Castrol EDGE in a couple of our vehicles and always come back to it for consistent performance. It extends the time between oil changes and holds up well under both daily driving and highway mileage. We don't "extend the time" though. It's changed, on the dot, every time. The consistency and quality of the oil's condition at change, though, is easily able to be seen that it would go for much longer.
Engine runs quieter, and I’ve noticed better fuel efficiency over time compared to conventional oil. Whether that's how attentively I drive and watch the mileage meter on the dash or the oil - is up for debate ;)
It doesn’t burn off as quickly either, which is great if you’re keeping an eye on long-term engine health.
The bottle design pours cleanly with a smart spout, which saves unnecessary messes in the garage.

Excellent choice for long oil change intervals.

I'm a former dealership mechanic and for years I used whatever we had in the bulk tank which was usually Valvoline conventional. My last job was at a German car dealership. Castrol was the oil recommended by the German manufacturers and that's when I started using Castrol. In my experience Castrol is an excellent oil. My 2014 Ford just rolled over 242,000 miles and even with factory 10,000 mile oil change intervals, from what I can see through the oil fill the top end of the engine is still clean. I've never had to remove the valve cover. It's using about a quart between oil 10,000 mile oil changes which is great because when it was new it used about a 1/2 quart between changes.
