Migrate anywhere from 4-18 analog cameras into an IP-based digital surveillance system with the high-density 291 1U Video Server Rack with Power Cable from Axis Communications , which features three expansion slots for video encoder blades. This system easily mounts to standard 1U 19" racks and enables users to run all of their cameras through a single Ethernet port for networking. Also, it can be easily expanded as needed in order to accommodate growing systems.
When equipped with hot-swappable blades, it offers H.264, MPEG-4 or MJPEG compression and can support up to 4CIF resolution at 30 fps. Along with this it can stream simultaneously on all channels. Other features include a terminal block with RS-485/422 port for PTZ camera control as well as terminal blocks for a total of four alarm inputs and four alarm outputs. Additionally, it has a built-in universal power supply.
