Measure from the base of your palm (where wrist begins to crease) to the tip of your longest finger, then compare to the size chart below.

Guard Replacement
- Replace guards annually or at the first sign of wear or tear
- Stop using immediately if a tear appears
- More frequent replacement may be needed for advanced gymnasts or high training volumes
- This helps ensure maximum safety and performance on bars
Before Use
- Check with your coach to confirm correct size
- Guards that are named, worn, or marked cannot be returned or exchanged
Resizing Finger Holes
- Do not cut the dowel - this can cause injury
- Avoid water exposure (can harden and weaken leather)
- If holes feel tight, gently enlarge with fine emery paper under the supervision of your coach - never with scissors or knives. Only after size has been confirmed correct.
- Avoid over-sizing holes to prevent slipping during use

Excellent product!!!

I’ve been getting into more natural skincare lately, especially beef tallow products, so I wanted to try a sunscreen like this. I like that it uses tallow along with zinc oxide for protection.
The texture is smooth and not overly greasy, and it blends in better than I expected for a mineral sunscreen. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized. I’ve used it on both my face and body, and it feels comfortable throughout the day.
It’s also been good with my daughter’s skin, even though she has skin problems, which has been a big plus for us.
