The mouth is tight and crisp, fresh and vertical, sapid, refined and with a lingering, very enjoyable finish.
A blend of Chardonnay 80%, pinot nero 10%, pinot bianco 10% grown in the Franciacorta region.
The grapes were soft pressed and cold settled befor ebeign inoculated with selected yeast. The wine fremented for 20 days in stainless steel with partial malolactic fermentation occuring. It then aged for 7 months (part in stainless steel and part in barriques) before ageing on the less for 20-26 months in addition.
