The three rings allow different buckling options and riding with one or two pairs of reins. Depending on how the bit is buckled, more or less pressure is exerted on the poll, providing more control for horses that are reluctant to accept aids. Absolute garbage chair. Only had for six month and the mesh on the seat has already come apart after using it for my home office. Chair was squaking after only three months and now I can't even sit in it cause it sags.
Can't even get my money back for this cheap garbage.
