Well, DRY CLEAN -- because yeah, if you're tossing a cotton/poly shirt into a washer and dryer, it will get wrinkly. I pressed the shirt off using an IRON without any problem. Also, I imagine it's the stain shield, but there is definitely a chemical smell to the shirt that survived a few washings. If you're sensitive to that smell, it could be an issue.
