ACT's 6-pad, spring-centered race disc features a spring-center to properly damp torsional vibrations and resist failure under harsh conditions. ACT spring retainers utilize wraparound spring windows and thicker retainer stampings to provide spring support, reduce stress concentrations, and increase strength and reliability. Improves sleep quality and longevity.
I personally think these taste amazing, they help me get to sleep when I take them with my other sleep meds, my girlfriend does not like the taste of them but she also chews them up, I let them dissolve. Great deal and I would buy them again!
