Background - Do You Know the Essentials of a Intermediate Rigging Course in Queensland?

Safety in rigging operations is paramount, and understanding the crucial of a intermediate rigging course is important for both the safety of workers and the successful completion of a project.

This unit specifies skills and knowledge needed to perform intermediate rigging safely.

Riggers are responsible for using mechanical load shifting gear and related gear to secure, move or place loads.

This includes plant, equipment, or structural members. Riggers set up hoists and ensure stability of members.

This unit covers rigging of structural steel hoists, pre-cast concrete members in a structure, safety nets and static line mast climbing platforms, perimeter safety screens and shutters as well as cantilevered crane load platforms.

In construction and other industries, rigging is done when load shifting equipment is being used to secure or move loads.

Anyone performing construction work must also complete the general construction induction program specified by regulators on a State as well as Federal Government level. This requirement is met by completing CPCCWHS1001 Prepare for work in the construction industry and holding a White Card.

This unit requires a prerequisite. This requirement can be met either by successfully completing the unit CPCCLRG3001 Licence to perform rigging basic level (this means that you will have previously also completed a dogging course which is a prerequisite for CPCCLRG3001)

Completing this unit is not sufficient to obtain a licence. After competence is assessed under WorkSafe Queensland (WHS) Regulations, a licence can be applied for through the Queensland Government High-Risk Work Licence Service.

It is necessary to familiarise oneself with the different types of rigging hardware used in lifting and moving heavy loads safely.

Understanding how to select the right hardware for the job based on load requirements and environmental factors is paramount. Perceiving the distinctions between hardware types is vital for ensuring the success and safety of rigging operations.

Does work well for removing minor stains
This product is probably best for removing minor staining - things like coffee, tea, red wine. I don't think it would work for longer-term stains that accumulate with age - the strips are not powerful enough for that. Very easy to use: just apply and leave on for half an hour or until you can feel that they are no longer well-attached. The "cleaning" process starts immediately - you can see the bubbles form. I am a tea drinker, and I notice immediate effect after putting these on. Don't expect miracles, but they will help with fresh stains for sure. For me, they do not increase the sensitivity, but my teeth are generally not sensitive. But they are peroxide based, so the possibility is always there that it could have that side effect.

Actually Works! Noticeable Results Quickly
THESE WORK GREAT! I’m a smoker and occasional coffee drinker, and these strips got my teeth from a 12 to a 9 in just a week—I actually noticed results right away. I don’t use them every day, but even with sporadic use, the difference is clear. A couple of downsides: a few strips didn’t stick perfectly, but most stayed in place well. The upsides: I have very sensitive teeth (I can’t even drink ice-cold water easily), and even when I left the strips on longer than recommended, I had very little to no sensitivity. Another bonus is that they’re stretchy! I’ve tried other well-known brands, and their strips had no stretch and often left my back teeth exposed. Overall, these are effective, comfortable, and easy to use—I definitely recommend them!

Finally, whitening strips that work for me
I normally have not been able to use whitening strips due my teeth and gums being sensitive, but that hasn't been a problem with these pleasant-tasting strips. They really stick well on the teeth, takes a little effort to get them off in fact but that's not a complaint. Of course the main thing is that they whiten the teeth and while my teeth are probably a little harder to whiten due to my copious use of coffee and tea I can say that these have definitely whitened my teeth a couple shades since using them. Would definitely use again.

Before & After: Brighter, Whiter Smile in 14 Days
I used these consistently for the full 2-week treatment, and I’m really impressed with the results! As you can see in my before-and-after photo, the difference is very noticeable. The strips were easy to apply and remove, and I typically left them on for 30 minutes each night before rinsing -- they stayed securely in place the whole time and didn’t leave behind any sticky residue, which made them even more comfortable to use. I have somewhat sensitive teeth, and while I experienced a little extra sensitivity on just a couple of days, it wasn’t too bad and went away quickly. A few days after finishing the kit, I haven’t had any lasting sensitivity issues—and my teeth are still looking just as white. I also really liked the refreshing mint flavor, which made the process feel clean and pleasant. Overall, this kit is a great choice if you want an effective whitening option that’s enamel-safe and easy to use. I’d definitely recommend it for tackling coffee, wine, or tobacco stains.

A paradigm-shifting guide to an energetic, co-creative universe
Format: Paperback
In A New Force, Dana Kippel masterfully challenges the materialist worldview most of us were taught and introduces a far deeper understanding of reality as an energetic, plasma-based universe. She doesn’t just offer theory—she provides a practical framework for understanding where we actually live: an interactive field that responds to our thoughts, emotions, and intentions. This book transformed how I understand God, Source, or consciousness—not as something distant or abstract, but as a living, responsive force we can consciously co-create with. Reading it once felt like only scratching the surface. I can already tell this is a book I’ll be studying for years as I continue to release old materialist programming and step into the co-creative potential of life itself. This is more than a book—it’s a doorway into a new way of living and relating to reality. In my view, it’s one of the foundational texts for those helping to build what many call the New Earth.
