Vinyl LP pressing. 2010 release from the Montreal Rock 'n' Rollers. The Demon's Claws play roots-soaked music so ramshackle and loose that it sounds as if it could fall apart at any second, yet hangs together perfectly. Part Gun Club, part Back from the Grave, part lo-fi distorted crunch, part young Mick Jagger with a mouth full of pills, all delivered with a weird, backwoods creepiness. Stepping up his countrified roots on this outing, frontman Jeff Clarke displays a gift for writing incredibly catchy hillbilly stomp unrivaled today. The guy is the real deal. Self-described "liars and scumbags" and sweaty and belligerent by nature, Demon's Claws are one of the most dynamic combos to take the filthy route directly to your brain. The Defrosting Of... solidifies their earnest ambition to stomp their Americana-tinged blues-punk death trip into submission.

Great piece of equipment. Worked for mouse, hard drive, and digital camera all into a laptop.
Works great. I used to plug in a mouse, an external hard drive, and an overhead Nikon digital camera for historic digitization of documents and books. It small and compatible and there were no connection or power problems. It feels well built and sturdy and the cord connection to the device is strong and flexible.

Great for retro emulation!
Got this for a retro emulation setup. Worked great. No issues whatsoever. Works on apple as well. Its a basic usb hub, but doesn't feel cheap. Got it on sale, which made it even better!

inexpensive usb3.1 gen 2 hub with PD
This USB3.1 gen 2 hub is well made, featuring VIA Labs controller (device id 2109:2822) and is made in China. It looks nice and performs according to the specs. I wish usb-c socket supported TB3/Alt DP cable to connect a display to it, but it is apparently made mainly for power delivery. I think the hub is a good value.

Do you need a powered hub instead?
NOT powered. My bad, I didn't look closely enough. I need a powered hub.
