The founder of Holistic Psychology (Trudy) is of Greek background and her ancestors are well known for burning a range of items to cleanse energy and space which often includes sage, bay leaves, herbs and frankincense resin. 

Regular cleansing of yourself and your environment can have significant effect on your emotional and mental well-being.
