The Cisco CP-7841-K9 is a desktop IP phone supporting four programmable line keys with a 3.5" backlit greyscale display at 396x162 pixels. It features two Gigabit Ethernet RJ-45 ports and supports IEEE 802.3af PoE Class 1 or an optional AC power adapter.
The 7841 supports SIP call control and is compatible with Cisco Unified Communications Manager 12.5 and above. Audio codecs include G.711, G.722, G.729ab, iLBC, and OPUS with full-duplex speakerphone and wideband audio. Media encryption via SRTP with AES-128 and signaling encryption via TLS. Requires Enhanced User Connect License (UCL) for Cisco UCM deployments.
