Bio-Cellulose Drivers
The bio-cellulose speaker diaphragm is made of a renewable, biodegradable cellulose with fantastic acoustic properties. This material is stiffer, lighter, and stronger than regular PET speaker units.
S05 Speaker Units
For the S05 speakers, AIAIAI paired the bio-cellulose diaphragm with a high-grade neodymium magnet. The resulting speaker offers a clear midrange, excellent dynamic range, and a more natural tonality overall. When tuning the speaker unit, AIAIAI paid special attention to the clarity in the midrange without compromising the extension in the bass range. This results in a wide sound stage with great instrumental separation.
