C’est pourquoi nous utilisons, pour les manchons de sonde métalliques de nos Sonde de canal, soit du laiton nickelé, soit de l’acier inoxydable.
Le laiton est principalement composé de cuivre et de zinc, ce qui confère à l’alliage une bonne aptitude au formage et à l’usinage, une résistance mécanique, une résistance à la chaleur et une conductivité électrique.
Contrairement aux produits conventionnels disponibles sur le marché, toutefois, nos manchons de sonde en laiton reçoivent en plus un revêtement protecteur en nickel. Celui-ci garantit leur résistance durable à la corrosion dans des milieux moins agressifs, de l’air et de l’eau jusqu’aux alcalis et aux acides dilués. En même temps, la couche de nickel empêche que des composants de pâtes thermoconductrices ne dissolvent le cuivre et ne provoquent de la corrosion par piqûres.
Les meilleurs niveaux de protection contre la corrosion sont offerts par les manchons de sonde en acier inoxydable non rouillant. Nous avons opté pour VA 1.4571 ou AISI 316 Ti, un austénitique particulièrement haut de gamme qui contient, en plus du chrome, du nickel et du molybdène, également du titane. L’alliage s’est révélé tout particulièrement performant dans la construction d’appareils et d’instruments chimiques, le traitement des gaz d’échappement et le traitement des eaux usées. Sa résistance à la corrosion couvre également les chlorures, ainsi que les sels et les acides plus forts, y compris l’acide chlorhydrique (HCl).

The best cup presses I’ve ever purchased!!

I am a seasoned cup maker and this is the best cup Press I’ve ever purchased. I cannot wait to buy more from HTVront.
It is an automatic press, which means you press the button and it goes. On its automatic timer, it releases the cup and you don’t have to worry about over. You can still burn a cup if you don’t take it out in time so keep that in mind, but it is. I love the white appearance, and the performance is unmatched. What I really love about this press is that it is not loud with some of the other cup presses I’ve used when the timer goes off. It is a very annoying beep. This one beeps one time and automatically releases your cup. Sure, of course there is a smell with any sublimation that just happens, but it isn’t really that noticeable. I got a coupon, but I’m not affiliated or get paid for. So if you need a new cut, I suggest waiting till there’s a coupon for this. Just save a little bit of extra money, but you will not regret this purchase I promise.
