Gorgeous vintage French art glass cabochon and gold tone brooch from the mid 1950's. This brooch features a white, brown, and iridescent blue round art glass cabochon in its center. The cabochon is set with "fleur de lys" prongs and around it a circle of AB chaton rhinestones and then a rope design gold edge. It is finished with a trombone clasp used mainly in France and also in some European countries.
It is in very good vintage condition with only loss of gold coating on the pin at the back. It is not signed but very well made.
An elegant and sparkly vintage French brooch that would make a wonderful gift.
