Forge Motorsport were one of the first company’s in the world to design and manufacture the billet two-piece replacement aluminium turbo actuator. Originally for the Cosworth, Renault 5 GT turbo, and Lancia Integral turbos, we soon developed the largest and most diverse range of actuator replacements.
The Turbo Actuator for Ford Focus ST is a high-performance replacement part designed by Forge Motorsport. It is manufactured from 6026 grade aluminium, making it durable and long-lasting. This turbo actuator is vehicle-specific and turbo-specific, ensuring a perfect fit and optimal performance. It is machined and hand polished in the UK, guaranteeing superior quality.
One of the standout features of this product is the choice of spring pressures to suit your car. This allows you to fine-tune and manage your specific boost requirements, resulting in improved response and better control. The actuator is built with a predetermined actuator spring suitable for factory boost levels, but can be assembled with a stronger spring upon request for tuned vehicles. It also features a Nomex reinforced flurosilicone diaphragm, laser-cut stainless steel bracket, and comes with a lifetime warranty.
