We didn't have to wait another 27 years for Pennywise to surface again, except this time it's for his Youtooz debut! Standing at just over 4 1/2-inches tall and holding a single red balloon that floats in front of his face, a sinister open smile reveals garish teeth as the red makeup from his mouth leads up and over his eyes to a cracking forehead. With long orange hair sweeping back from his face, he wears a white clown costume with a thick collar and red trim that matches the buttons on his front and the tops of long black feet. The exterior of his packaging sees a single red balloon floating through the silhouettes of dead trees. While the interior is covered in the worn red bricks of a sewer, this then continues onto the protective sleeve, where his figure can be seen through the large clear window at the packaging's front.
