Things Are Great is the sixth studio album by indie rock band Band of Horses, released by BMG on March 4, 2022. The album was initially produced by Grandaddy's Jason Lytle (who produced Why Are You OK) and Dave Fridmann, but was reworked by frontman Ben Bridwell with producer Wolfgang Zimmerman. It is the band's first album with guitarist Ian MacDougall and bassist Matt Gentling, and their first without guitarist Tyler Ramsey and bassist Bill Reynolds, both of whom were fired from the group in 2017. Prior to the album's release, MacDougall exited the band and in late January 2022 was replaced by Brett Nash as the band's lead guitarist. The album was preceded by the singles "Crutch", "In Need of Repair" and "Lights".
