Each tablet contains,
Ginger (Zingiber officinale) root powder 400 mg
Dosage
Adults – Take two to three tablets 30 minutes before travelling; then one tablet every two hours as required. Children 6-12 years – Take one to two tablets 30 minutes before travelling, then half to one tablet every two hours, as required. Children under 6 years – Only as professionally prescribed.
