Pumps from two angles, steady energy, and real workout support.

GAT Sport KAOS is a pre-workout that puts performance first. It mixes solid pump ingredients, stuff to fight fatigue, moderate stims, and focus boosters without overloading on caffeine. Not a basic pump product, not a super high-stim beast—it's balanced with multiple ways to boost nitric oxide from citrulline and nitrates, buffering from beta-alanine, energy support from creatine, cell help from betaine, and a smart stim setup that feels sharp.

Pumps start with 4g L-citrulline. That's a good dose based on studies—it boosts arginine levels better than taking arginine straight, helping nitric oxide through that pathway. Studies often use 3-8g, so 4g gets the job done, though some max-pump formulas go higher like 6-8g. KAOS adds 1g citrulline nitrate and 500mg beta-alanine nitrate as NO3-T®, a patented nitrate system. Nitrates work through their own nitrate-nitrite-NO path, so you get pumps from two directions instead of one. That means fuller muscles, better blood flow, and a stronger feel during lifts.

For keeping up intensity, 3g beta-alanine is right near the 3.2g dose from research. It builds carnosine in muscles over time, helping buffer acid during tough sets—best for efforts lasting 1-10 minutes. You might get tingles right away, but the real perks come with regular use. Creatine monohydrate at 2.5g is a decent amount, though under the usual 3-5g daily goal. It helps recharge phosphocreatine for power, but if you want full benefits, add more creatine separately.

GAT Sport KAOS by GAT Sport contains 2.5mg Niacin, a standard dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 4,000mg L-Citrulline — solid dose backed by studies for boosting nitric oxide via the arginine path. This is what drives the pump, giving better blood flow and muscle feel that beats those weak 2-3g versions.
  • 1,000mg Citrulline Nitrate as NO3-T® — doesn't just stop at citrulline. Adding this patented nitrate hits nitric oxide another way, making pumps stronger and smarter than single-ingredient options.
  • 500mg Beta-Alanine Nitrate as NO3-T® — cool combo that adds nitrate blood flow plus more beta-alanine. It boosts the athletic vibe and keeps the performance edge going.
  • 3,000mg Beta-Alanine — right up there with the 3.2g from studies. Beyond the tingles, it builds muscle carnosine over time to fight the burn in hard, repetitive sets.
  • 2,500mg Creatine Monohydrate — good support from the king of strength supps. Helps with quick energy for explosive reps—if you're serious about creatine, stack extra to hit 3-5g daily.
  • 1,250mg Betaine Anhydrous — here for power, hydration, and overall output. It's under the usual 2.5g from research, but still adds value to the high-effort training mix.
  • 1,000mg L-Tyrosine — strong dose for focus in a pre like this. It supports brain chemicals to keep your drive up when the workout gets tough.
  • 500mg DL-Phenylalanine — widens the focus and mood support. Paired with tyrosine, it boosts the mental side without relying only on stims.

GAT Sport KAOS by GAT Sport contains 2.5mg Niacin, a standard dose for training performance and pump.

Who Is This For?

  • Hypertrophy fans doing volume work who need pump and focus to last. 4g L-citrulline, NO3-T® nitrates, 1g L-tyrosine keep later sets feeling strong, not just the openers.
  • Intermediate lifters stepping up from basic caffeine pres. Adds 3g beta-alanine and 2.5g creatine for a fuller boost without extreme stims.
  • Strength-size folks wanting support minus heavy caffeine. 175mg plus theobromine and Dynamine™ gives clean drive so you train hard without overload.
  • Athletes chasing quality pumps, especially upper body days. Citrulline-nitrate combo hits blood flow two ways, better than single-pump pres.
  • After-work trainers needing a real pre but not high-stims. Moderate caffeine makes it practical for performance without messing up recovery.
  • Lifters in high-rep phases where burn limits you. 3g beta-alanine builds carnosine for better buffering in short rests or acidic sets.

How to Use

Hit KAOS 20-30 minutes pre-training so stims, aminos, and pump stuff circulate before heavy sets. New to it or mid-stims? Start 1 scoop, since it's got 100mg theobromine and 50mg Dynamine™ with the caffeine. Pros can do 2 scoops for full effect.

Shake in cold water with a bottle, not stirring—mixes better, especially at 2 scoops. More water smooths the flavor if you sip slow. Empty stomach speeds it up, but a light meal 60-90 minutes before can ease if stims bug you. Don't stack with other caffeinated stuff like burners or energy drinks—stims add up fast.

Stack easy with extra creatine since 2.5g is good but under 3-5g daily for some. Use on training days, or daily for beta-alanine and creatine loading. Store sealed, cool, dry—powders with salts hate moisture.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: after drinking, alertness starts rising slow. Beta-alanine sensitive? Tingles might hit early, especially at full scoop. Minutes 10-20: caffeine, Dynamine™, tyrosine make you feel ready and sharp.

Minutes 20-40: prime time. Pumps build from citrulline and nitrates, energy feels focused, no jitters. Minutes 40-90: theobromine and zümXR® keep it going smooth, less crash than plain caffeine pres. Days 1-7: feel the energy, focus, pumps right away—tingles more than endurance at first. Weeks 2-4: beta-alanine and creatine build up, giving better stamina, less fade, steady gains across workouts.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in GAT Sport KAOS Pre-Workout?

KAOS provides 175mg caffeine per serving from green coffee bean extract and zümXR® microencapsulated caffeine. That puts it in the moderate-stim category, but the formula also includes 100mg theobromine and 50mg Dynamine™, so the overall energy effect feels more substantial than 175mg caffeine alone would suggest.

Is KAOS a high-stim pre-workout?

Not by modern category standards. It is better described as a moderate-stim, performance-oriented pre-workout because it uses 175mg caffeine and builds the experience with theobromine, Dynamine™, tyrosine, and pump ingredients instead of simply driving caffeine very high.

What makes the pump in KAOS different from basic citrulline formulas?

KAOS uses 4g L-citrulline plus 1g citrulline nitrate and 500mg beta-alanine nitrate as NO3-T®. That matters because citrulline and nitrates support nitric oxide through different pathways, giving the formula a broader pump and blood-flow strategy than pre-workouts built around citrulline alone.

Is the beta-alanine dose in KAOS effective?

Yes, 3g beta-alanine is close to the classic 3.2g daily benchmark commonly used in research. It is not there just to create tingles—the real benefit is gradual carnosine loading over weeks, which can improve performance in repeated hard efforts and help delay the burn.

Does KAOS include enough creatine to replace standalone creatine?

It includes 2.5g creatine monohydrate, which is a useful amount but still below the 3-5g daily intake many athletes use to fully cover creatine saturation needs. If you want a full research-standard creatine intake every day, stacking a standalone creatine product is a smart move.

How should I dose KAOS if I have never used it before?

Start with 1 scoop 20-30 minutes before training to assess tolerance. Even though the caffeine is moderate, the added Dynamine™ and theobromine can make the formula feel stronger than a basic 175mg caffeine product, especially on a near-empty stomach.

Will KAOS make me tingle?

Possibly. KAOS contains 3g beta-alanine plus 500mg beta-alanine nitrate, and many users feel the temporary paresthesia associated with beta-alanine, especially at higher servings. It is harmless and tends to be more noticeable acutely than the actual endurance benefits, which build over time.

Can I take KAOS late in the day?

Use caution. In addition to 175mg caffeine, it includes zümXR® microencapsulated caffeine, which is designed for a more sustained release, plus theobromine and Dynamine™. If you are sensitive to stimulants or train in the evening, start conservatively or use it earlier.

Is KAOS fully transparent?

It is more transparent than many old-school proprietary-blend pre-workouts because the major performance actives and stimulant doses are disclosed. That said, it is not perfectly open-label across every support ingredient, so strict transparency-focused buyers should know it is only partially fully disclosed.

What should I stack with KAOS for best results?

The most logical stack is standalone creatine monohydrate to bring total daily intake into the classic 3-5g range. Depending on your goals, you can also pair it with an intra-workout carbohydrate-electrolyte formula for long sessions or a protein formula post-workout for recovery support.

It doesn’t stop leaks from the pee pad.
Size: X-Large: 28" x 34"
I’m trying to figure out how not to have leaks occasionally. I’m going to call the company to see if there’s something I should be doing.

Training pad holder literally rises above the competition
Size: 24"X24"
We have been through a variety of potty pad products during our housetraining journey with our Havanese pup. The Petphabet training pad holder has been the best by far and has ended our search for a number of reasons: Pros: 1. Grid design keeps puppy from chewing/tearing/destroying/eating the potty pad. 2. Size is perfect for our pup even as he is getting bigger (15 lbs) - mileage may vary for larger pups/dogs. 3. HERE IS THE REASON THIS PAD HOLDER STANDS OUT AMONG THE COMPETITION - The top grid is elevated off the surface layer where the pad lays, which allows an air gap between the standing surface and the potty pad. This allows the urine to fall to the pad without pooling and without your pup stepping in it and tracking it everywhere! Cons/Areas for improvement: 1. We like blue but it's not for everyone! 2. The "posts" holding the mesh up from the base carry all of the weight of the dog and in some cases jumping or playing on the pad holder can cause the edges of the posts to cut through the potty pad liner, causing a (minor) leak. I would recommend the manufacturer design any subsequent models with larger, flat surfaces on the post supports. 3. The 4 piece design means the base is not solid but has a split down the middle that is not waterproof. This can be remedied by caulking the 2 sides of the base together with clear silicone assuming you will no longer need to disassemble the unit. 4. Poo can get caught in the grid if your pup has loose stool. If not removed quickly your pup may step on it and really pack it in there. After many trials with other products, we are very happy with this training pad holder and have bought a total of 3 units for different areas of our house. I highly recommend for small dogs/pups!

Works Great!!!
Size: 18"X24"
I have 2 pugs and have trained them to "go" on a grid. I started with another brand (Klean Paws) but found this brand (Petphabet Puppy Training Pad Holder) to be superior in several ways. This training pad holder is designed much better. The plastic grid is well supported so the puppy does not get wet paws when waling on the grid. The overall design of the training pad holder makes it very easy to replace training pads. Standard training pads (17.5" x 23.5") fit the medium Petaphet puppy training pad holder perfectly. Just lay the pads flat on the bottom, place the grid on top and clip it all into place with the frame. The frame holds everything in place and keeps any loose ends, hidden from mischievous puppies. It takes a lot of effort to train puppies to "go" on a grid, but it's worth it. I started with one grid in a crate. Then, I gaited off my kitchen area, with 4 medium grids (as shown in the video). You cannot expect a puppy or dog to just go to one spot and do their thing. Dogs like to sniff and walk around before they "go." They need room. I suggest 2 medium girds per medium-sized dog. I have 2 pugs and 4 grids. I reward them with a pinch of peanut butter, whenever I see them go on the grid. I simply pickup the #2 with TP and flush it down the toilet. I replace the pads, in the 4 grids, once a day. NOTE: The sellers of the dog training pad holders seem to come and go. If you cannot find this particular training pad holder, do a search for Mesh training pad holder. Be sure to get a training pad holder that has 3 parts -- the bottom tray, the mesh grid, and a frame that holds it all together. Some of the simpler grids have just 2 parts (bottom tray and top). They are simpler, but do NOT keep paws dry.

Good quality, but my dog didn’t like it
Size: 24"X24"
The product arrived in perfect condition and looks well made. It’s sturdy and easy to clean, so I can see it working well for many dogs. However, my Cavapoo (17 lbs, 1 year old) never liked it. I tried for several weeks, but there was no way to get him to use it. I think it depends on the dog’s preference. For us, it didn’t work, but the product itself is good quality.
