With features including free-flowing mandrel-bent tubing and highly corrosion resistant stainless steel construction, easily install this spun body converter yourself using the proper tools, no cutting or welding required. MagnaFlow's state-of-the-art metrology department uses the latest 3D scanning systems during research and development, so you can be confident that your new part will fit and function like the original equipment. By replicating the OE spun body design, the single laser fusion weld greatly reduces the possibility of a leak, and our compact, low-mass design also allows for greater thermal efficiency. This direct-fit catalytic converter is designed specifically for the 2007-2008 Ford F-150. This replacement part is designed to meet or exceed California Air Resource Board requirements, and has undergone additional testing to comply with CARB guidelines to allow for legal use in California and CARB restricted states, for the listed vehicles.

Saved me from buying a tire

Took our ancient van on a trip to Florida (from IL) and wouldn't you know we picked up some debris in construction. I was able to plug it however the next morning it was flat again. This time I used 2 plugs to and we were able to get home on that. Realizing this wasn't what I wanted my wife driving around and I didn't wanna buy tires for a van with 250k on it I set out to find some internal patches. I pulled the tire off using a harbor freight bead breaker and some motion pro spoons, used vulcanizing Compound and a dremel and patched it right up. Once the tire is off its a really easy process and I just marked my tire and rim to keep the balance close when it went back together. All appears to be working perfectly with no leaks over the past few weeks. This cost way less than a new tire and now I have more for other holes in the future
