Designed to be the ultimate in versatility, CURT universal trailer hitches fit several different vehicle manufacturers. This class 3 multi-fit trailer hitch is compatible with most full-size pickup trucks from Chevrolet, Dodge, Ford, GMC and Ram, including the latest models. It features a gross trailer weight capacity of 8,000 lbs., a tongue weight capacity of 800 lbs. and a 2" x 2" receiver tube opening, making it an excellent choice for towing everything from utility trailers to large campers (NOTE: Never exceed the lowest weight capacity of any towing component, including the hitch, ball mount, vehicle, etc.). For extra towing power and stability, this multi-fit hitch can also be used in combination with a weight distribution hitch, bringing its gross trailer weight capacity up to 12,000 lbs. and its tongue weight capacity up to 1,200 lbs. It comes with mounting hardware and instructions, and typically requires little or no drilling during the installation. To protect it from the wear and tear of the road ahead, this CURT multi-fit hitch comes with a durable black powder coat finish and a limited lifetime warranty.
