Finale vivace ed animato.Il vigneto Haidviertel è situato sulla famosa catena montuosa di Bisamberg con vista diretta sul Korneuburger Becken, un terreno pianeggiante lungo il Danubio al confine con Vienna, abbastanza vicino al vigneto Hundsleiten. Il terreno, caratterizzato da löss è ottimale per la coltivazione del Grüner Veltliner, vitigno storico austriaco. La fermentazione avviene in acciaio per 5 mesi e la chiusura con tappo a vite preserva freschi e fragranti gli aromi fruttati ed erbacei di questo vino.
Perfetto per arrosto di maiale, ma anche per pesce ed insalate.

Awesome and Invaluable Reference

I purchased the 2nd Edition Reprint in 2023. As a former US Army Special Operations Critical Care Flight Medic (160th SOAR Nightstalker) and current Remote Critical Care Flight Paramedic, I can honestly say this handbook is leaps and bounds above some of the other handbooks I've owned.
