Kleurrijke Latina met mooie symboliek
De Alstroemeria valt op door haar gedraaide bladeren en prachtige, felgekleurde bloemen. Ze symboliseert vriendschap en is dus de perfecte bloem om aan uw beste vrienden te geven.
Kleuren en vormen De Alstroemeria speelt in de bloemwinkel graag verstoppertje in haar bloemknop. Maar oh la la, de verrassing wanneer ze thuis haar knoppen opent! Herkomst De exotische Alstroemeria wordt ook wel Incalelie genoemd. Het is een verwijzing naar haar natuurlijke habitat: de koele gebergten van Chili, Brazilië en Peru. De bloem werd daar in de achttiende eeuw ontdekt door de Zweedse onderzoeker Clas Alstroemer. Hij was het die de bloem haar huidige naam gaf.
