In China en Japan is de Chrysant al eeuwen lang geliefd. En terecht, want de ‘gouden bloem’ (‘chryso’ is goud in het Grieks en ‘anthemom’ bloem) brengt warmte en kleur, schittert in ieder boeket en is ook nog eens heel lang houdbaar.
Kleuren en vormen Van oorsprong is de Chrysant geel, maar inmiddels is de bloem in een breed kleurenpalet te krijgen. Kleur uw huis met Chrysanten in warme goudgele, bronsrode of diep oranje tinten. Of kies voor tinten zoals wit, roze of paars. Bovendien heb je ook nog eens de keuze uit verschillende soorten: de tros-, spriet-, pluis (enkelbloemig)- en santini Chrysant.
Symboliek De Chrysant komt oorspronkelijk uit China en Japan en belandde rond 1700 in Europa. In Azië is de bloem al eeuwen razend populair en het symbool voor geluk en gezondheid.   Met de stijlvolle Chrysant haalt u dus niet alleen eindeloos veel kleur in huis, maar ook een flinke dosis geluk. Ook mooi om cadeau te doen!
Deze Chryanten zijn Chrysanten met 1 grote bloem per steel (enkelbloemig). De kleine bloemknoppen worden tijdens de teelt verwijderd, wat pluizen genoemd wordt. Er blijft 1 bloem over die groter wordt dan wanneer er meerdere bloemen op de steel groeien zoals bij een gewone Chrysant.
Deze geplozen Chrysanten komen zowel als monobos als in een boeket tot hun recht en hebben dezelfde lange houdbaarheid als de normale Chrysanten.

A familiar story, just with…..less.

So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
