The credit "The Mars Volta Group" does not distinguish performers and crew on release. [Record 2, D-side: This Album Was Recorded Live On My Mobile Studio [E-Clat Between May 2004 And May 2005 By Jonathan Debaun, Who Engineered The Entire Project. I Put It Together [Including Some Field Recordings I Made Of The Band On Tour And Mixed It Under A Strict Time Constraint At Sound City Studios In September 2005. It Was Promptly Sent To Howie Weinberg Who Mastered It At Masterdisk, New York City, With The Assistance Of Roger Liam. Danielle Van Ark Is Responsible For All The Photographs And For Sending Them To Sonny Kay, Who Designed And Laid Out This Record Under The Art Direction Of Cedric And Myself. This Coordination Was Made Possible By Kristen Welsh, The Care Taker Of Monkey Island. - Omar

I Hate This Book, BUT You HAVE to Purchase It....Unfortunately

It's not that I really hate this book, I more hate the organizations that produces this book. First, I'm assuming this has not been done, but the editors of all the "prestigious" law reviews who write and edit this book need to get their act together and hire a professional company to rework the appendix and table of contents to be more helpful! The information is surely in the book, but it's unnecessarily overly difficult to find the information you're looking for. The Blue Book(tm) indeed has a monopoly on the legal citation market, which is why you MUST purchase it (unless you'd prefer to look like a moron when you submit your documents to the court only to have them sent back because nothing was cited properly...you don't want to be known as "that attorney"). Ok, I'm amending my complaint/review. The book is not too bad once you spend around 100 hours with it. After that, you'll get the hang of it and the book is not that bad. Although, I still stand behind my last review recommending that the editors provide a better table of contents and index.
