Angus & Oink Black Gold is een klassieke SPG-rub (salt, pepper, garlic)… maar dan met een dikke Angus & Oink twist. Deze rub is speciaal gemaakt voor rundvlees en bevat onder andere gerookt zout, knoflook en zwarte peper, maar ook actieve houtskool voor die kenmerkende donkere kleur en een extra stoere bark.

Het resultaat? Een diepe, hartige smaak met veel umami en een korst waar je bijna trots op wordt. Perfect voor alles van ribeye en picanha tot brisket, short ribs en burgers.

Smaak & toepassing

Angus & Oink Black Gold is gemaakt met één doel: rundvlees next level maken. Je gebruikt hem net zoals je zout en peper zou gebruiken, maar dan met extra smaaklagen. Zwarte peper en knoflook vormen de basis, terwijl gerookt zout en azijnpoeder zorgen voor een mooie balans tussen hartig en licht fris.

De actieve houtskool geeft niet alleen kleur, maar helpt ook bij het creëren van een indrukwekkende korst tijdens het grillen of roken. There is something very comforting knowing that you are not praying these alone. This book has also helped/encouraged me to start writing my own scripture base decrees.
