(I tested it on an iPhone 15 pro max) * The connectors are solid good click when connected. * The housing is solid aluminum (no flex or seams, etc) * There is a little label on each that shows how much power or data can go through it. Use case: * Allowing you to use your phone on your bed while the phone is sitting on your chest (and still plugged in) * For the USB-C to female USB-A female adapter, the page shows that you can use this to connect a flash drive or a regular USB-A cable with the other end going to your peripheral (like a keyboard or game controller) Overall, this is a great item to own in your gadget bag.
