Today, we have the newest iteration of that legendary bass, the Music Man StingRay Special 5 HH. Its sleek and powerful design is full of appointments that cater to various playing styles and tonal versatility, leaving no surprise that it is the flagship model in the Music Man bass line. Its roasted maple neck with gunstock oil and hand rubbed wax blend finish is as quick as can be for trips up and down the rosewood fingerboard, and the sculpted neck joint makes sure you can grab up to the highest frets with ease. This StingRay Special 5 HH comes with a newly designed 18V preamp with extensive tone manipulating capabilities and plenty of headroom. Two monstrous humbucking pickups with Neodymium magnets are dialed in for the crispiest, punchiest, low-end output while keeping warmth and depth within the frequency mix. Decked out in a vibrant Amethyst Sparkle high gloss finish, the Music Man StingRay Special 5 HH comes along with a Mono Bag, always at the ready for your next show on the road, rehearsal, or studio session.
