A Wall Street Journal and Businessweek bestseller. Named by Fast Company as one of the most influential leadership books in its Leadership Hall of Fame. An innovation classic. From Steve Jobs to Jeff Bezos, Clay Christensen's work continues to underpin today's most innovative leaders and organizations.

The bestselling classic on disruptive innovation, by renowned author Clayton M. Christensen.

His work is cited by the world's best-known thought leaders, from Steve Jobs to Malcolm Gladwell. In this classic bestseller--one of the most influential business books of all time--innovation expert Clayton Christensen shows how even the most outstanding companies can do everything right--yet still lose market leadership.

Christensen explains why most companies miss out on new waves of innovation. No matter the industry, he says, a successful company with established products will get pushed aside unless managers know how and when to abandon traditional business practices.

Offering both successes and failures from leading companies as a guide, The Innovator's Dilemma gives you a set of rules for capitalizing on the phenomenon of disruptive innovation.

Sharp, cogent, and provocative--and consistently noted as one of the most valuable business ideas of all time-- The Innovator's Dilemma is the book no manager, leader, or entrepreneur should be without.

Style: H-shape, Size: 38 inch
Legs seem decently thick. They could be a little sturdier. The paint has stayed with no chips or flakes. Color has not faded. It sits at the perfect height for a desk. Screws and hardware do the job. No welds to speak of, everything screws together. I’ve used these for a year and a half as a school desk and has held up well. I took a sheet of project board with stain and polyurethane as my top. Works excellent

Very sturdy legs!
Style: Zig Zag, Size: 28 inch, Style: Zig Zag, Size: 28 inch
The legs are very well built and good looking, however, the screws included for installation are only 9/16" long which is not nearly enough for table legs of this size. I installed the legs on a 30" x 83" live edge oak tabletop that is full 2" thick. I purchased 1 1/4" screws for the install making the table very solid.

Heavy duty. Looks nice.
Style: Zig Zag, Size: 28 inch
These are great. They are VERY heavy duty. I used them with a butcher block counter to make a desk. Worked perfectly.
