What is spinal alignment?
The human spine naturally forms a gentle S-shaped curve when viewed from the side, helping absorb impact while walking. Conventional flat-backed chairs can tilt the pelvis backward, forcing the spine into an unnatural curve—often leading to back or lower-back pain.
