• All sale items and items purchased with a discount are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Condition Requirements:

• All returned items must have their original tags attached.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Returns with signs of wear, stains, odors (e.g., cigarette smoke, deodorant), or pet hair will not be accepted. Items worn even once do not qualify for return.

• Store Credit Only:

• Returns are eligible for store credit only within 30 days of delivery.

• Store credit will be issued for the price of the product only; shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

• How to Return:

• Include the original invoice and a note (written or emailed) explaining the reason for the return.

• Exclusions:

• Variations in color due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution are not considered defects and cannot be returned.

• Return Shipping Costs:

• Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure delivery.

• Processing Time:
