First and limited edition, number 168 of 500 copies, signed by the artist. 'A joint production with Collier of the USA. The text was set in America and flat sheet shipped to Britain.The illustrations were engraved and printed in Britain and similarly shipped to the USA [for the US issue]. Wash blocks and line drawings were made and printed in the USA' (Inman 91 on the standard edition).
