The Di-LOG ALVA MFT EV combines the trusted accuracy of the ALVA Multifunction Tester (MFT) with the targeted EV capabilities of the DLEVLite Type 1 EVSE Adaptor, delivering a compact, high-performance solution for electric vehicle charge point testing. Ideal for contractors and EV specialists, this kit enables fast, reliable, and fully compliant testing of Mode 3 EV installations in line with 18th Edition requirements.
At the heart of the kit is the Di-LOG ALVA MFT, a next-generation multifunction tester fully compliant with BS EN 61557. It features a high-resolution full-colour TFT screen, user-interactive pass/fail limit setting, and testing support for RCD types AC, A, B, B+, EV and F. With automated Continuity & Earth Loop Auto Start, a dual display, and intelligent 2/3 wire loop detection, it simplifies daily testing routines with greater speed and precision.
The MFT also includes a variable RDC test feature and 6mA RDC-PD/MD testing, enabling effective verification of EVSE charger safety. Inbuilt fuse tables provide immediate access to the maximum permitted Zs Loop values—essential for ensuring safe Earth Loop Impedance measurements in real-world installations.
Paired with the Di-LOG DLEVLite adaptor, the ALVA MFT EV kit allows electricians to simulate a vehicle connection at Type 1 EVSE sockets, verifying Control Pilot (CP) signal integrity, Protective Earth (PE) continuity, and simulating fault conditions such as CP Error E. Lightweight and easy to deploy, the adaptor adds flexibility and functionality to on-site testing, making it a must-have for EV charger commissioning and troubleshooting.

A timely introduction for classical retrieval

Bray has written a very accessible introduction to the attributes of God, with the proper distinctions between God’s essential attributes and his relational attributes. Bray does well in showing the necessity of the essential attributes as the foundation to the manifestation of God’s relational attributes to mankind, firmly anchoring them in the biblical text. I appreciate that he provided glimpses of the historical development of the attributes, interacting with some of the objections to the essential (i.e., classical) attributes and then exposing the reader to some of the best scholarship in response to the objections. The appendix ends the book with an historical survey of the attributes in the Christian tradition. Those unfamiliar with the development of classical theism will be brought up to speed, just enough to see the rich heritage of the classical attributes of God. I will be referring those new to systematic theology or are unfamiliar with the classical doctrine of God to this introductory work. It’s a great read and desperately needed due to the construals of God being promoted in modern theology.
