These knee pads for men and women are ideal for BMX, both racing and freestyle. These motorcycle and mountain biking knee pads have three protective layers consiting of a soft, inner foam that keeps the pads secure; body-mapped, impact-absorbing SmartFlex technology; and an outer layer of DuraTx for added protection against tears, water, and warping. The SmartFlex technology will stay flexible as you ride, but will harden on impact. This biking gear protects the knees and extends to the upper shin for additional protection. The adjustable strap on these mountain bike knee pads offer a custom fit. The ventilated mesh back keeps you cool and dry on the trail while the seam-reinforced binding and double-knit compression fabric improve durability and protection. These adult knee pads have wide top grippers which offer the best level of pad security while also adding a splash of color on the bike. This protective gear is machine washable. ESSENTIAL for all parents and educators to read

As an elementary educator for the last fifteen years, I finally found a book that put all the frustration and wondering of why kids come to school struggling, drained, and overwhelmed. Borba states, "We are creating strivers, not thinkers, produced to be test-takers while missing the opportunity to be people."
She points out that we are all running on empty. In her book, she discusses the 7 core strengths that kids need in order to shine. Thrivers not only provides readers with current research, but it has practical and easy tips that both parents and educators can do to help foster a new generation of thrivers and not strivers.
If you are worried about your children's mental health, depression, anxiety, and stress, you must read this book. I found this book perfectly timed, given all the pandemic-related stress our teens have had on top of everything else! Helpful pinpointing which traits to focus on
Format: Hardcover
I loved the format of the book, how are you take a diagnostic test and then read the sections that pertain to the character traits that you want to strengthen in your child. But when I read the chapters, I was disappointed. I was hoping for new information. If I had never read a book on how to support my child’s development and education, I would have been delighted.
