The Fender Player Jazzmaster is a dynamic evolution in the line of sleek and cool Jazzmasters that came before it. With dedication to creating a playing experience that is both familiar and innovative, the Player Series Jazzmaster incorporates new appointments to the classic model while hearkening back to the iconic elements that made the model originally attractive. The most striking addition to the Player Series Jazzmaster is the incorporation of two new Player Series humbucking pickups. Deviating from traditional Jazzmaster single-coils, the Player Series delivers full and punchy tones that are big, clear, and resonant. A hidden feature of the Player Series is a push/pull pot built into the tone knob that allows players to easily introduce single coil tones into the mix while playing. Further modern innovations to the Player Series Jazzmaster include a Modern "C"-shaped neck and a satin neck finish. While hosting a series of innovative features, the Player Series Jazzmaster hearkens back to original Jazzmaster designs with a traditional body radius and vintage-style tremolo bridge. The Player Series Jazzmaster incorporates many modern innovations and time-honored designs to culminate in a fully authentic Jazzmaster experience.
