VENOSAN 4000 style thigh-highs are manufactured in a refined sandwich construction and are the first compression stocking in the world to be awarded the Tactel climate effect label.
These thigh-highs are thicker than the Venosan Fashion Line, good for the winter, are breathable, wicking away moisture, and are easier to put on due to the flat stress/strain curve of the knitted fabric and elastane material.
