I have been dreaming of doing a floral series!  Using a silkscreen technique, each of these mono prints resembles a painting.  What I love about it are the random oops and mistakes that can happen along the way that contribute to the perfect imperfections of each.

As a kid I loved the aloe plant, a natural therapy for my sunburned skin in the hot Florida sun. Nowaday, the sight of it brings back happy memories, especially its show stopping flower with tall firework-like blooms.

One of a kind, hand painted (two layers!) on a silk screen, then printed on Fabriano 300GSM cold press paper.    I work out of a screen print studio in East London called The Print Club.  

I do my best to capture the true colors of this print, but please note that colors may appear differently on your screen.  

Due to the nature of printing, there may be slight flaws that are part of the charm of an original, hand made mono print.  

Image size:  50 cm x 70 cm

Paper size:  22” x 30” (56 cm x 77 cm) - this is slightly bigger than a standard 50 x 70 cm frame and can easily be cut down to fit.
